I'm an international student and I accidentally used Turbotax, not Sprintax. Money has already been deposited into my account, is there any way to resolve this situation?

Yes, you are going to need to file an amended 1040 and file a 1040-NR, through Sprintax.   The amendment form in TurboTax won't be ready until 03/25, so you can come back after that to file it.  You will have to pay back that refund when you file the amendment.
