I'll assume that you are speaking about Box 12 of a Form W-2.

If that's correct there is no special code for "Safety Award".

Assuming that this is some kind of taxable "bonus" or "award" that doesn't merit special handing on the recipient's income tax return, there really is no need to enter anything with respect to the amount in Box 12.  In the main Box 12 amounts affect a receipt's income tax return in the sense that additional Schedules or Forms in the income tax return need this information.  That's not the case here, if my assumption is correct.

If you want to disclose it on the W-2 then the appropriate place to do that is in Box 14 which is pretty much a "memo" field.  You are given a fairly small number of characters to describe amounts in Box 14 so it would have to be abbreviated to something like "SFTYAWD" or such.
