The national deadline for e-filing for an extension was on May 17, so you can no longer e-file for an extension---but if you are a resident of Texas and want an extension to October 15, 2021 you can still file the form by mailing it in. Remember that an extension does not give you extra time to pay tax due--- it only gives you extra time to file your Form 1040.

As stated by the IRS if you are a Texas resident the extension request can only be printed and mailed on or before June 15, 2021. Note that the extension is only for filing a tax return, any taxes owed must be paid by June 15, 2021 to avoid a failure to pay penalty. It filing for a tax refund or no taxes are owed there is no penalty for filing the 2020 tax return after the due date.

To request an extension to file your federal taxes after May 17, 2021, print and mail Form 4868, Application for Automatic Extension of Time To File U.S. Individual Income Tax Return. We can’t process extension requests filed electronically after May 17, 2021.
Find out where to mail your form.
At the link that DoninGA posted above, note that if you are making a payment with the extension, you don't have to actually file the form. You can get an extension by making a payment with Direct Pay or other online payment methods.
The IRS page says the following.
Get an extension when you make a payment
You can also get an extension by paying all or part of your estimated income tax due and indicate that the payment is for an extension using Direct Pay, the Electronic Federal Tax Payment System (EFTPS), or a credit or debit card. This way you won’t have to file a separate extension form and you will receive a confirmation number for your records.
