No there is no place on your Form 1040 to indicate that you have left the U.S, for good. And you have not mentioned whether you are a U.S. citizen. It would be helpful for us to know that. If you were here in the U.S. temporarily then your immigration/visa status might mean you cannot use TurboTax and might need to use a different software program.
NON RESIDENT ALIEN
