What does the rejection notice say?
I have been rejected roughly 6-7 times. Keep getting message that the AGI is not correct. Have checked AGI from last year's return (also through Turbo Tax) and even got a "Tax Return Transcript" from IRS which showed exactly the same number. Have spoken with Turbo Tax 3 times and have tried all their suggestions and still rejected. On the final call today, Turbo Tax advised me to call the IRS. I called and spoke with them today. They looked up the record and verified that I was inputting the correct AGI and indicated that my only recourse at this time would be to print out and mail the tax return in. (The IRS agent did tell me today that they are fielding calls from people using multiple types of tax software that are having the same problem, but are insisting that the only recourse is to mail it in.) Per advice from Turbo Tax, I will try resubmitting my tax return once a day for the next week and if it doesn't go through by next weekend, I will be printing off the return and mailing it in since I have no other option. So as a reply - I don't think it's you! I think it's a problem within the IRS software that is not allowing the tax returns to be accepted!
