I finished my 2022 taxes approximately 30 days and received both a federal and tax refund. Obviously my efile to the feds and state were accepted as both sent me my refunds. So why do I keep getting emails from Turbo tax (with my sign in partially identified) asking me to finish my taxes? When I sign in with my username and password, it directs me to the beginning of the preparation of my taxes like I am a new user.....and when I click on the hot button to view my submitted tax forms and documents, it says I have not completed my taxes. So what gives here?

Lots of users have more than one account. You might have an old account that is generating the emails. If you know you filed and that your returns were accepted then ignore the emails just like you ignore other email spam.

It does act like Intuit has never seen me before except for the fact that I have used the same username and password for three returns.....not sure but I do not think I have ever used another username/account. Anyway my original comment was actually twofold....why do I keep getting emails that I have not finished my 2022 taxes (when obviously I have) and two....why do my 2022 returns not show up when I try and retrieve them from the main menu when I click on the hot button to review my forms and it claims they do not exist. So how do I view my 2022 taxes if they were successfully transmitted and received by the IRS & State, and I have already received my return? This seems to be an ongoing issue for me as I could not import last year's return as well.
Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax? If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.

Thank you for your help. I eventually signed back in using the desktop TT version I downloaded online and allowed it to update and do a final review. After that I saved a copy of my 2022 taxes and all seems good. Time will tell if I get any more emails requesting me to finish my taxes but I suspect this did the trick. Bottom line is that I could not sign in from the general turbo tax websites but I could from my desktop version. Hopefully this will help some else having the same issues.
