I'm sorry, but in the absence of any detail or context, I don't understand.

There is nothing wrong with this link - https://support.turbotax.intuit.com/contact/
Yeah, I saw that one later. The one in the original post is broken.

We don't know what your issue is, since no info was provided. So we have to assume it is the same as the thread title; i.e.,, that your desktop software is asking for you to activate it again, even though it has already been activated.
It can often be due to a USB drive (or possibly an SD card.) TurboTax can something "think" that is a system change and think it's a different computer.
If you have a USB thumb drive or external backup drive plugged into a USB port at the same time you are launching TurboTax, then remove the USB drive. Then try launching the TurboTax program again. See if that solves the problem.
Or try it the other way around. i.e., if you had a USB device plugged in initially when you installed TurboTax originally, but don't now, then plug it back in and try.
Another user reported it can also happen if one inserts one of those tiny SD memory cards after activation, or the other way around if there was one inserted at the time of initial activation.
It can work both ways depending on what the system config was like at initial activation.
This issue happened to me the other day when I had left a thumb drive in a USB port. Once I removed the thumb drive, it no longer asked for reactivation.
If that doesn't solve your issue, here's how to phone TurboTax Support:

After banging my head against the wall for an hour, I found you post, disconnected my USB Drive and TT started working. THANK YOU!

Great news! You're welcome. I'm glad it worked for you. It's a quirky problem that is certainly not intuitive at all.
none of the 4 methods work for me. I'm using Turbotax 2020 and now I can't finish my return. How do we contact Turbotax for a fix or new activation code?
That fix for 2019 didn't work for 2020. I guess I'll have to try the help desk if I can figure out how to contact them.
@ JAC54
Try my suggestions below. I'll also tell you at the bottom of my posting how to contact TurboTax Support, if needed.

I just left you a common solution in response to your previous comment in this thread. Try the things I suggested in regard to USB devices or SD cards, which can be a potential cause if TurboTax detects a "system change." It has worked for several users, including myself. I also told you at the end of my suggestions how to reach TurboTax Support if you continue to have trouble.
Here's a direct link to the answer I gave you:

Has your desktop software been asking for you to reactivate it again, even though it has already been activated?
