- Are you using desktop software (CD/download), or are you referring to Online TurboTax?
- Please describe your issue in detail, including exactly what you are doing and where, and what the roadblock is, and if there are any error messages.
- And are you referring to a product activation code, a drivers license for a state return verification, or what?
- Are you launching desktop TurboTax program, and it's asking for you to enter the license activation code again?
