I just purchased and downloaded Turbo Tax for 2017. Now it says it's not compatible. Help!

What kind of computer do you have?  You need a full Windows or Mac desktop computer to install Turbo Tax.  Which download did you buy?

If you don't have a computer to install it on maybe you can use a friends or family.  Or you can get the blank forms and fill them out by hand.  I can give you links to some.
