I just purchased a 2023 Home & Business software disk from Costco .. I cannot load the CD - How can I load the program? the CD does not load

It is a brand new CD

Try these troubleshooting steps (for Windows):

• Run the Windows System File Checker tool to repair missing or corrupted system files.
• Download and install the latest Microsoft Visual C++ redistributable package (x86) on your machine (required by the TurboTax software), and then relaunch TurboTax.
• Delete the downloaded file and download TurboTax again from InstallTurboTax.com. Sometimes files get corrupted during the download process.
• Restart your computer in Selective Startup Mode, and then install TurboTax.
