Looks like you are in Deluxe.  Deluxe is 39.99 for Federal.
State is 39.99
And to have the fees deducted from your federal refund is an EXTRA 39.99 Refund Processing Service Charge which you can avoid by paying with a credit card.

So 3 times 39.99 = 119.97

Efiling is free.  The fees are to prepare your return whether you efile or print and mail.

I had to pay $119 too! I didn’t have deluxe selected and wanted to do the less expensive version but then it wouldn’t let me change it! Guess it’s another way for them to get more money out of people!!!
