Enter them both separately. Do they have the same EIN in box b? After you enter one you can add another.
If they both have same EIN then it is possible there will be an error message when you enter them separately. If that does happen, you could combine the amounts into one W-2 for TurboTax and keep good notes with your tax records in case it would ever be questioned. You probably will not know until you enter them and run review.
After you enter the first W-2, keep going through the screens until you get to the screen that says "Your W-2 info so far." On that screen, below the list of W-2s that you have already entered, click the button that says "Add Another W-2." If you are filing a joint return there will be two buttons, one for each spouse. Be sure to click the correct button for the person whose W-2 you are adding. Repeat the process until you have entered all your W-2s.
