I have the same situation. Turbotax will suggest you to ignore the error and file by mail. DO NOT DO THAT. If you do so, on every document there will be a watermark saying: NOT COMPLETE DO NOT FILE and there is no way of changing it. Simply, do not use Turbotax until they fix the bug.
