After try to pay Turbo Tax fail. I select .. Deduct from my Federal Tax return ... did not work either. I got stuck and can't finish my 2023 Tax year

Try to clear your cache and cookies or try to use another device to pay with your credit card.

Make sure the billing address on the credit cards are the same as what is on the return.   Nowadays with the electronic world we live in when we move we forget to update the CC info online especially if you don't get a paper bill in the mail.
