I have just filed my return for 2022. i need to do my mother and daughter's returns. i should be able to do 5 on my Premier purchase. How do i start the next?

You appear to be using online Premier.   The "five federal e-files" comes with the CD/download, not online software.  Did you purchase the CD/download and use online by mistake?  or were you confused as to the pricing of online?

We see people get confused and they keep logging in to online software which will require them to pay at the end.   You need to use the desktop software.   One way to tell if you are using the right software---your tool bar.   Online software has the toolbar in a black vertical column on the left side of the screen.   Desktop software has the tools up on the top of your TT screen.

 If you are using online, you are using the wrong program.  You need to switch to the desktop software to get what you paid for.  You have to download it, update it and open it up from your own hard drive to use it.

I have completed my 2022 tax return. I do not know how to access the additional return that is available for Premier CD/download, so I can do my mother's tax return.

If you have saved your return already. You can click on File > Start new return. This will allow you to create a new return.

@Username4868610   Make sure you are in your Desktop CD/Download program and not the Online version.  We see people all the time that bought the Desktop program but ended up in the Online version by mistake.  If you had a black menu bar down the left side that is Online.  The Desktop program has a blue menu bar across the top.
