To enter your Form 1099-INT box 4 federal tax withheld information in TurboTax online program, go to:

Sign in to your account and select Pick up where you left off
At the upper right corner, in the search box, type in 1099int then Enter
Select "Jump to 1099int "
Next screen, "Let's get the details from your 1099-INT or brokerage details" screen, check the checkbox for "My form has info in more than just box 1 (this is uncommon)" to expand your options.
You can now enter box 4 information
