To enter your Form 1099-INT box 4 federal tax withheld information in TurboTax online program, go to:

 

  • Sign in to your account and select Pick up where you left off 
  • At the upper right corner, in the search box, type in 1099int then Enter 
  • Select "Jump to 1099int " 
  • Next screen, "Let's get the details from your 1099-INT or brokerage details" screen, check the checkbox for "My form has info in more than just box 1 (this is uncommon)to expand your options.
  • You can now enter box 4 information
