To enter your Form 1099-INT box 4 federal tax withheld information in TurboTax online program, go to:
- Sign in to your account and select Pick up where you left off
- At the upper right corner, in the search box, type in 1099int then Enter
- Select "Jump to 1099int "
- Next screen, "Let's get the details from your 1099-INT or brokerage details" screen, check the checkbox for "My form has info in more than just box 1 (this is uncommon)" to expand your options.
- You can now enter box 4 information
