You can go to the IRS Get My Transcript site to request a copy of your transcripts. This will tell you the actual AGI they have for you. It is possible they made an adjustment to your return after it was filed, then they would have sent you a letter with your new AGI. But the information they have on their site in your transcripts will allow you to file if you use that number.
