I have already filed my federal taxes separately, not using Turbo tax, and only need to use Turbo tax to file my State taxes. Can this be done?

And if this can be done - how can it be done?

When you use TurboTax the information flows from the federal return to the state return.  You cannot use TT to prepare a "stand alone" state return.  Try going to your state's tax website to see if you can file there.

If you didn't use Turbo Tax for federal, There is a way but you first have to fill in the federal and pay for federal for it to flow to state.  You will have to mail state.  See,
