I have a W-2 from a small manufacturer and it looks different than my other w-2s. So it never goes in properly. I'm wondering why can anyone can help me??

The W-2 from my current job has multiple numbers in 17 and 15.  Well there was a number to call for the IRS and ask questions. That's what I did, but somehow it turned into an audit for my company. I don't know how that's even possible. They say it's correct but when in TurboTax know that in New Jersey as a small manufacturer you can have family leave insurance in box 17 cuz there's no more room in box 14 and why didn't it go through?
