I have a link to a W-2 from an employer that uploaded it to TurboTax. I can't access this W-2 and I can't get in touch with TurboTax unless I pay. Help?

The link does not direct to the W-2 and instead takes me to the basic introductory pages of TurboTax

I do not have my W-2 and it is only on TurboTax. I can't go pick it up from my employer.

TurboTax does not have your W-2 or any way to access your W-2.  You must get the W-2 from your employer or they have to give you access to a website where your W-2 is stored and viewable and printable.  That is their responsibility.
