Then go back to MY INFO and click her name and go through the screens again.  You have entered something incorrectly.

Make sure you have entered your child as a dependent in My Info, and that you have entered the child's Social Security number.    Careful— do not say that your child’s SSN is not valid for employment.  If your child was born in 2024 make sure you said he lived with you the whole year.  There is an oddly worded question that asks if the child paid over half their own support.  Say NO to that question.

Go back to the My Info section, edit the dependent and review your answers.

Make sure that you indicated the child did NOT provide over one-half of her own support.  That the child lived in your home for the Whole Year.  That there was no one else in the household who supported the child.  That the child was under the age of 17 in 2024.  And that you did NOT check the box labeled "not valid for employment" on the screen for entering the child's Social Security number

If all of your answers are correct then delete the dependent and re-enter.
