The package I purchased came with an expert review. I never received it. I got bounced around on the phone to 3-4 different people. In the end, it voided me from using the expert review for my schedule c business taxes and left all the review for me to do. I also had a support agent snap on me, which I documented. I sent
turbo tax information regarding all of this and asking them to give me a partial refund considering that I didn’t get all the services I paid for and also considering they sent me to the wrong people, had their employees misinform me and try to charge me more because they didn’t know how to review business taxes despite I had paid for the business self employed version… just a huge mess. I’m looking to talk to support as I don’t want to file a dispute as obviously I used turbo tax but I didn’t get help from their tax support and they didn’t even review my return, my schedule c or my business depreciation causing me many more hours of my own time that I paid for this service so I could make my life simple. I really hope someone gets back to me because after all the surveys I did and feedback I gave , you would think someone would’ve reached out to me by now. It’s very upsetting as first year user of this platform especially being a young self employed person with low income - I don’t feel the situation is fair.
