1) The simplest solution may be to import the 1099-DIVs from your brokerage using Turbotax
2) I'm not an expert, but I think you can enter summary info. Be sure to summarize each box correctly and to keep the qualified and non-qualified dividends separate. If you use multiple brokerages, you should summarize one per brokerage firm.
3) If it is a small amount, you can enter the data manually.

also make sure that some of those 1099's are not corrected forms of earlier ones.
so far from one brokerage, I've gotten 3 corrected 1099s
