I got an email saying I can get 20% off TurboTax Deluxe. I'm signed into my account but when I press the link it takes me to the default page. How do I get the discount?

When I clicked "Get Discount" button it takes me to the default 2022 Taxes page. I'm already signed into TurboTax when I clicked the link so where is the 20% discount?  What do I need to do to get the 20% discount? Where does it appear? Do I need to enter my payment method first?

Typically you will see the discount applied to the payment page.  Is this a link from TurboTax or an affiliate link?  For more information about affiliate partner discounts, please see our Help Article.

The email and discount link is from TurboTax. I logged out and logged back into my account and I got to the payment page and the discount is applied. My question is resolved.

I got the same email. It was from Intuit. I expected the 20% discount to be deducted when I paid. However, this didn't happen, and I wound up paying the full amount. I have requested help from TurboTax, but so far I'm not getting any help. I was given a new discount code, but there is no place to enter it because I've already paid. This isn't fair. I've been a TurboTax customer over 30 years, and this is no way to treat a loyal customer.

Same. I got an email saying 20% off if I file today, but once in the final review page its asking me to pay the full amount of 69, not 56 as the email says. Nowhere to apply a code or anything, wondering if its a fake email just to get you to file. lame.
