Do you need to file a separate business return for it like a 1120-S or 1065 etc? Or do you need to file it on Schedule C in your personal tax return? Either way you can’t use Turbo Tax for free. You either need to use the Deluxe version or buy the separate Business Desktop program.
are you filing a business return such as a 1065 (partnership), 1120, 1120S - then it's unlikely the fees will be waived. a partnership does not have to file if it had no income, deductions or pass through credits. corporations have to file regardless.
however, for 1120 or 1120s if you have no income or expenses, you can probably prepare a manual return

https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f1120s.pdf for 1120S
if you are filing a schedule C or E or F with your 1040 contact support about the fees.
