I filled an injured spouse form But they took all my refund to pay my husbands debt. What should I do?

It takes the IRS approximately 11 weeks to process a Form 8379, Injured Spouse Allocation form. So even though you haven't received your refund at this point in time, it doesn't mean you won't receive it. You won't receive a refund due to Form 8379 until the form has been processed.
