After I completed the return I was unable to file another family member. I read that I should have purchased a CD version which I was never informed at anytime. I have been using Turbo Tax for over 10 years & feel like I was miss led in this online version. Can I apply the purchase of the deluxe version online & get a download code to finish the rest of my family's returns?

Since you paid for the online version call and ask them to switch you to the Desktop download. Have you been using the Desktop CD/Download program before? Why did you try Online this year? Pricing is only one difference. There are several other big differences.
