I filed with the online version program & was only able to file one family members return. How do access the download with out having to purchase another one?

After I completed the return I was unable to file another family member. I read that I should have purchased a CD version which I was never informed at anytime. I have been using Turbo Tax for over 10 years & feel like I was miss led in this online version. Can I apply the purchase of the deluxe version online & get a download code to finish the rest of my family's returns?
