I filed my taxes through the website a month ago, I was under the impression that Turbo Tax was releasing my payments to the State today (tax day), can anyone confirm?

TurboTax does not pay any kind of taxes owed, federal or state.

If you selected to have the state taxes owed paid from your bank account, that information was sent with your state tax return.  The state debits your account on or after the date you selected.

How you selected to pay the state taxes owed and the date of payment will be on the Filing Instructions page for the state tax return.

To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state.

This will take you back to the 2022 online tax return.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen.  Then click on Print Center.  Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return

TurboTax does not "release" your payment.  TurboTax only passes your payment information along to the IRS or state, and then it is the IRS or state's job to take out the payment.
