I have asked this question many times and no one has answered me.  I just need to talk to a human being... are there any who work at turbo?  I need help!  I have trusted you to help me with my taxes this is going on 8 years you say.  But I can't get the help I need now???  Can't someone contact???  Dee Cappelletti

When you use the steps in the FAQ at the first link provided above, where do you hit a roadblock?   Are you able to find and view/print the PDF of your return documents when you follow those steps?  If not, which step fails?

Has your 2018 return already been filed, or is it still in preparation?

NOTE:  If you log into your account and see no evidence you have started a 2018 return in that account, then you likely have multiple accounts, and we can tell you how to troubleshoot that.
