I eFiled my taxes, but TurboTax Premier says I haven't filed yet.

I used 2022 TurboTax Premier (Desktop) to prepare and file my 2022 taxes. I got a message saying my submission was successful. Then I got an email from TurboTax saying that the IRS has accepted my return. I checked the IRS website and it says they have received my return, and it is being processed. However, when I opened TurboTax today, it says that I have not filed my taxes. I can't say for sure, but I think I may have exited without saving, though I don't remember doing so. I always check "Yes" when asked if I want to save. 

 

Does anyone know how to fix TurboTax Premier so that it recognized that I've filed my return?

I'm going to assume you're seeing what I just experienced when filing an Amended return just now.  I logged into my Intuit/TurboTax account to pull up my already filed 2022 return only to see the same "No Tax Returns Available" message.  My heart raced with anxiety thinking $&*$), now what?!!  When I opened up my tax return on my laptop via TTPremier2022 I was able to access the link(s) to file an amended return.  So I'm guessing the filed returns from your home computer/laptop via TT software don't make it to the online Intuit/TurboTax account.  Just a Wild @$$ Guess on my parts but totally open to knowing from others myself, if there's a way to access TT software filings in my online account.  This may not help your situation, but it might confirm what you're experiencing.  ??

Thank you for the reply. I was actually seeing this from within TT Premier on my PC.  I was in TT and finished with my taxes, so I eFiled. Then I closed the app, and I am almost 100% sure I saved. At least I know that I always say "yes" when asked.  After that, I open the app and it tells me I have not  yet filed, and asks if I would like to eFile my return. The problem is that, after already doing that, I received an email from TurboTax saying my return has been submitted, then another email saying it has been accepted by the IRS. It's just the app that doesn't recognize that. 

I tried calling TurboTax support today but it was already after hours. Then I tried one more thing. In TurboTax, when I got to the point that it asks if I want to eFile, I just manually skipped to the next tab and replied to all of the prompts. Then it said I am done with my taxes.  Now it no longer asks me if I want to eFile. I think I am good now.
