If you e-filed the 2022 state tax return there is no need to mail anything to the state.

Did you receive an email from TurboTax after e-filing the 2022 return that the state return was either Accepted or Rejected?

No, if you e-filed your state and it was accepted, you don't normally need to mail anything.
