Yes. You must report the income, regardless of whether or not you received a 1099-MISC.
Follow these steps:
- From the Federal menu, click on Income & Expenses
- Expand the menu for Self-Employment
- Click Start/Revisit next to Self-employment income & expenses
- Edit next to the business or Add the business if needed

If that was all the income you received in 2019 you do not want to use the expensive Self-Employed software.
