Where did you buy the Desktop program?   You should have got the License Code from there.

You can find the license code for TurboTax for Desktop:

1. On your order confirmation screen.
2. In your email confirmation.
3. In your Downloads folder: Sign into your Intuit account. Under TurboTax Desktop 2024, select Licenses and downloads. Look for your license code under the TurboTax product name.
