I don’t want turbo tax deluxe? Why is it 117$? To file it was only 49$ last year

Deluxe is $39 for Federal and state is a separate $39.  THEN if you want to have the fees deducted from your refund there is another Extra $40 Refund Processing Service charge (45 in California).  39x3=117.  So try to pay upfront with a credit card to avoid the extra charge.

In the Turbo Tax Free Edition, information that you can enter is limited now.  Why do I have to upgrade from the Free Edition?
