What do you mean by "pay back?" Do you mean you owe tax due and need to pay the IRS? If so you can do that yourself by using the IRS website:

But your post is unclear. Did you file your 2021 tax return at all? Or is it still un-filed? If you did not e-file it and did not mail it, the ONLY way to file it now is by mail. E-filing is permanently closed for 2021 returns, so the only way to file 2021 is to print, sign and mail the tax return. Post back and clarify your situation so that we can be more helpful.
