I chose refund advance. It shows approved. it has me log in to my credit karma account. Then starts over and doesn't give me the option to file.

Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies, and reopen TurboTax.

mine has been doing the same for over a week and I have cleared cache and my history and tried another computer! I have sat on the phone with Turbo and CK and neither are any help!!!
