I cannot find license code anywhere. I paid $10.84 for TURBOTAX DESKTOP INSTALL ONLY CD TAX YEAR 2024 INDIVIDUAL. I downloaded Turbox Tax 2024 on PC but I cannot enter.

No license code in confirmation email. No license code in Intuit account. WHY do you guys make this so inconvenient but you do charge immediately.

Where did you buy the License Code?  You have to buy the download and license code first before you  buy the install CD.

No.  You have to buy the program with the License Code.  Then if you want a CD instead of downloading it you can  buy the install CD for $10.  That's because this  year they are only selling the Download but people complained about not having a CD so they started selling the CD for $10.

Thank you. Apparently I bought the wrong item. I was in that page when I downloaded the software. "Top 1- says Download Turbox Tax Software". 

Do you mean this? If I pay a Delux for $80, it includes download and license code?

Yes that's what you buy.   Then it will show up in your account with the License Code.

Thank you. Do you know if Desktop version could allow me to understand how Turbo Tax gets to the tax credit amount? I don't understand why this number they get is so not transparent.

Yes the Desktop program will let you see all the forms and worksheets.   What tax credit amount?  Where are you seeing it?  Did you already fill out a return in the Online version?  If you did you can move and open your online return in the Desktop program.

Thanks again. We have filed our tax return on Turbo Tax last week. However, number is puzzling in our heads:

• It says we were in 10% tax bracket for 2024 with taxable income $17892 on our federal return. But we were asked to pay 21.9% blended tax on TurboTax. So we paid $3925. 

We would really like to understand how TurboTax gets $3925.00 based on our taxable income. That's why I was trying to get a download desktop version. Hopefully it will help us to understand.
