I cannot file my state return because form 8582 keeps generating. Is anyone having the same problem? Does anyone know which form is triggering that form to appear?

We don’t have any properties, rentals, additional income. Not sure why this file is being required from us. And we cannot clear and start over because we already paid and I cleared my cache and cookies. Any help would be appreciated! Do I have to wait for MD to update the form before moving forward. I can’t find it in the delete a form section.

@shantellrene This is a known issue within TurboTax 2021.  It is under investigation.

Why is TurboTax generating form 8582 when I have no passive activity loss in the state of Maryland?

You can choose to file just the federal return now  and   then file the state later when it is ready.
