I can't view my paystubs because the page keeps saying "We weren't able to show your payroll info". How do I make it work?? Been trying for a week now!

You are on the wrong site to see your payroll information. We see users who use Quickbooks who occasionally come to this site by mistake. You are NOT going to find your payroll information on the TurboTax site. Ask your human resources department what site you are supposed to visit.

Sorry, but this is a taxes community...we know little to nothing about any payroll site here.

Talk to your employer again on Tuesday. Or if you are part of Intuit Payroll Services...go here as a starting point
