other than keep calling, your only other recourse might be to contact the BBB or Federal trade commission.
IDnotify just answered promptly when I phoned the contact number on the page below. It says answered "24 hours." And the agent confirmed to me they are open 24 hours. The initial automated message will tell you if there is a short wait.
