I can't logout no matter what I try

If you are using Chrome, this is a common problem. TurboTax automatically saves your information screen to screen and will save and sign out for you after a period of inactivity. Next time, I would recommend using another browser so that you will be able to save and sign out from the My Account drop down menu.
