I can't find Empower trust in the list of bank or financial institutions

how do I add Empower Trust to the list of supported providers.

If your financial institution is not on the drop down list, that means they are not partnered with TT to allow importing into tax software. Choose the option that says "I'll type it in myself."

What income and form did you get from them? It should be just as fast and maybe easier to manually enter it instead of importing.
