I can't figure out what he error is in the Virginia Pass Thru entity page. Won't let me file online

A VA Corp account number usually begins with 38 but mine doesn't. ANd TUrbo Tax will not let me file until I fix this

I'm having the same issue..The Virginia Pass Thru entity page won't let me file online because of the same exact error.
