I can not access my account because i dont have any of the same e-mails or phone numbers.. WHAT CAN I Do??????????????????

Are you looking to access the information from last year to file this year's return? If there is no way to access your TurboTax account from last year, you can request a transcript from the IRS. <a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript">https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript</a>

I can not access my account because i dont have any of the same e-mails or phone numbers.. WHAT CAN I Do??????????????????

I have already asked for them to send me a transcript in the mail because I don't have any bank accounts, auto loans, car loans or anything like that to verify my identity. The only problem is how long it is going to take to receive this paper work! It really upsets me because I already have an account. I do remember the username but the password I have no idea. I have no access to that old e-mail address and I have a new phone number. There should be other ways to verify your identity when these things happen because I know it has to happen a lot. We only use are account once a year to file taxes and thats it. So when a new year comes and we have to file a lot of us don't remember the information and don't have access to old accounts. So there is no other ways to get my account back?

In my answer below I left  you a method to look up your accounts using your SSN and other parameters, as well as how to phone TurboTax Support if unsuccessful.

Well I  now have access of the e-mail address attached to my old account but i still cant reset my password because it is asking to send verification by phone. I do not have that old phone number. WHY can't I reset with my e-mail address that I now have access to. I seriously need help here!

Please contact TurboTax by phone at 1-800-4INTUIT and follow the prompts.   It will ask you to speak your issue in order to transfer you to the right department.   They are open now.

The IRS website indicates that transcripts take between 5 and 10 days to arrive. We've tried it ourselves and got ours back in 5 days, which hopefully will be your experience!

Free transcripts can be downloaded.  They don't have to be mailed.

To get access to his/her TurboTax account, however,  user can phone support for assistance at the above number I provided.

Here is how to recover an account using the tool below.   If you have already tried some of it (or can't do some of it), then skip to the part where it can look you up by SSN and other parameters.  If that is still unsuccessful, I'll also leave you a method to phone TurboTax Support and they can help you find your account.

To get a list of your User IDs and recover account access, you can use the tool at the link below.  Try using your phone number first.  If you try using your email address, and you have more than 1 email address, you should run the tool on each one.

NOTE: Before running the account recovery tool below, log out of all Intuit accounts including this user forum, or you might end up in a loop.  Then clear your browser Internet cache, close your browser, then reopen it, and go to the link below.  You may wish to copy this link so you can paste it into the new browser session.

If still no luck after running that on each email address you have, then run the tool yet again, but this time choose the small blue link that says "Try something else", and it will look you up by SSN and other parameters.

If still unsuccessful, you can phone TurboTax Support, and they can find your account(s).  Use the form at the link below to be assigned a phone number during business hours.  The phone number will not display when they are closed.
