I can no longer reach the TT community forum or see my account history. The new hurdle is the AI assistant which will not let me pass.

Every time I log in I have to prove I am not a robot, respond to the email code, choose what kind of assistance I want, and see offers to sell me the SW I already have. Having passed those hurdles, I get stuck in an endless AI assistant loop. How do I get past that to the forum?

Update:
OK, I figured it out. To reach the forum and browse posts I must login via:
https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/home/misc/03/en-us

If instead I login via:
https://us-west-2.turbotaxonline.intuit.com

It will stick me in that endless loop I mentioned. Confusing since both sets of pages are all about Intuit and TT and use my same credentials.
