On the contact website, Edit the Product to CD/Download. Choose the Edition, such as Deluxe. Click Continue.
Fill in the information on the following screen and click on the blue button Get Phone Number
Dam*ed computer hung up on me as well. My issue was one that "shebot" was not intuitive enough to grasp and instead of offering any options, I was just hung up on. I am angry enough to spit.
Try using this form instead, where you can explain your issue by type. This will provide either a targeted phone number or generate a callback from the appropriate department. Contact TurboTax.
I am sorry that it's being so frustrated - this system works better for most users.
