I bought Turbo Tax software 2019 and filed return. I need to file another additional one. I wasn't given an option for CD/Download like all previous years. I need fixed!

you have to ask customer support to do this for you. Ask nice.

You are posting from the ONLINE version which can only file ONE return ... if you meant to use the DOWNLOADED version then asking TT support for the download is the only way to go  UNLESS your second return qualifies to use one of the 10 IRS FREE FILE options ...   https://www.irs.gov/filing/free-file-do-your-federal-taxes-for-free

Also in the future ... when you go to the TT landing page remember to choose the downloaded option ... always look in the products & pricing tab to choose the correct option.
