I bought the TurboTax Premier 2019 download from Costco but can't get it to launch on a Mac?? Error: You can’t open the application “PREMIERWITHSTATEWIN.exe” because Microsoft Windows applications are not supported on macOS. How do I install and launch?

I moved the disc into my applications folder but when I click on it all I get is the notice to repeat.
